Behind the Scenes of the 2016 Camaro Launch Event

On May 16, 2015 Chevrolet launched its sixth-generation of the Camaro. As a culmination of it’s six-month media blitz, Chevy brought together hundreds of Camaros to put on display at the Belle Isle Grand Prix racetrack. Among this collection of bowtie ponycars were 25 museum-worthy Camaros, a dozen Z/28s making hot laps on the race track, crate engines to check out, and thousands of enthusiast just like you that braved the rain to come out for the grand reveal of the sixth-generation Camaro at 4:30 p.m. (EDT) local time.
